What I Learned:
While doing my report I've learned many things about the culture of Iran. Iran is located in the Middle East and is bordered by Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iran is located on the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea which influences their food. I also learned about what kind of culture and lifestyle they live. In 1990-1991 the Persian Gulf War was fought between Iran and thirty four other nations.
Food seems to be a very influential part of their daily lifestyle. The Iranians have a variety of different tastes from very spicy to very sweet. I've also noticed that Iranians take time and care in the presentation of their dishes. Iranian food is a widespread array of meats, grains, and drinks. However, alcoholic drinks are forbidden in Iran. Iranian culture is much different than American culture.
