  • Psari Plaki: Plaki means a dish cooked with oplive oil tomatoes and vegetables. You can have bean Plaki or fish Plaki. The type of fish you can use is: halibut,cod,tilapia,or sea bass.
  • Lentil and Rice Pilaf with Kale: lentels are really nutritional.It has protein,iron and lots of dietary fiber.Brown Lentil, and also is paired with savory herbs and spices, also contains kale.
  • Baklava Chocolate- Dozens of layers of crisp, buttery fillo pastry leaves, made with real dark cocoa, proprietary blend of fresh, Walnuts and aromatic spices.

I have also learned that the Greek Parthenon is one of the most visited sites in Greece.I also learned lamb, in Greece, is served carcass and everything.
Furthermore, I learned that the Sesame cookie is one of the most popular cookies in Greece. I learned the type of money they use in Greece is called Euro and the type of coins they use are called Lepta. The 8th thing I have learned is that the president Karolos papoulioas.I learned that the Euro can go up to the 500 and the Lepta up to 2. The final thing that I learned was that the Greeks civilized more than 2,500 years ago.
