What I Learned: From this project I learned a lot of different thing; that include the foods, problems, and the history of Somalia. This country is a devoloping country with a bad economy. The government is not stable and the country is practically running by the warlords. This countryis famous for their piracy issues. The pirates attack ships off the coast and take hostages and demand money. I dont think i would like to visit their country because of all their crime problems, even though from my project I noticed they have some interesting dishes that I would like to try. Somalia does not have a written language, its all verbal. Also the currency thats floating in Somalia is really not official, so basically they are using money that could be said to be worthless. This country is very poor. Somalia also owes the U.S. 2.6 billion dollars.
