I've also learned that Lake Maracaibo is thee largest lake in South America. In Venezuela they eat cow tongue for a dish which is called Lengua de res. In 1498 Christopher Columbus landed in Venezuela. In the 1970's they benefited from an oil boom.Guasacaca Sauce is a sause like guacamoli.
